In general we are comfortable to sale our property with one shot payment.

The procedure belongs as, all the customers have to pay a token money if he/she wants to varify property papers. To make booking for any property, he/she has to be paid the booking money as per our company policy. And finally pay the rest amount to get registry and hand-over of the property.

We slidely comfortable to sale our property with short term installment with no interest.

This would be a happy news that ‘Almadina Abason Ltd’ doesn’t take interest from customers for installment facility. Our general procedure is applicable for all categorised customers, but in this case customers have to pay minimum 50% of the property price as down-payment to get registry and hand-over of the property. The rest 50% of the property price have to be paid within a short-term installment period.

We allow but not comfortable with this payment category.

You would be happy to here that you have another option to purchase property from us. Our general procedure is applicable for all the customers. In this case, if you pay 33% of the property price as down-payment, you will just get hand-over of the property. You have to pay the rest amount of the property price in installment system with a selected time limit as per our company policy. After completion of the rest payment amount, you will get registry of the property.
